About Carolina

Carolina is a certified yoga teacher, massage therapist, and BA Dance graduate with a diverse background in somatic disciplines, martial arts, and theater. Her work emphasizes body mechanics, mobility, and posture, tailored to individual needs. Since 2011, she has served a wide range of clients in London, from VIPs to community centers.

Her holistic massage sessions offer deep muscle relief and well-being through adaptable techniques for relaxation and tension release. Carolina views massage as a sacred healing practice, creating a non-verbal, sensory experience that is unique for each client.

Sessions:

80 Minutes - Gentle Movement & Massages 

Chair Yoga and Gentle Exercises:

Carolina leads residents in chair yoga and gentle movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and ease of motion. Her approach is interactive and expressive, encouraging residents to connect with their bodies and explore comfortable ranges of motion. The focus on guided breathing and posture makes this portion accessible yet invigorating, supporting overall physical wellness. Carolina assesses the residents physical abilities before tailoring the session. The session can be divided into two level of forty minutes each or paired with a 40 minute slot of massage.

Massage and Relaxation Techniques:

Carolina introduces self-massage techniques, empowering residents with simple, effective ways to relax and relieve tension. She provides soothing hand and head massages for each resident, enhancing relaxation and circulation. The massage session lasts for 10 mins per resident. Massage sessions can also be booked as a 80 minute slot. For those open to it, Carolina also offers a paired hand massage activity to foster connection, along with guided relaxation techniques for a restorative finish to the session.
